Hair by Taylor Cole operates on a scheduled appointment basis for all services. Therefore, when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment, the guest is required to provide MORE than 48 hours notice to the scheduled time. Cancellations or requests to reschedule made less than 48 hours in advance will invoke a cancellation fee equal to 50% of scheduled service. Cancellations or requests to reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 100% of scheduled service. Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment the same cancellation fee will be applied. A credit card is required to make an appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to the card you provide if necessary.
